JM Test Systems is seeking a Senior Sales Analyst to become the analytics partner for Sales and Marketing, turning commercial data into revenue-driving insights. You will own sales performance reporting, pipeline analytics, and marketing ROI analysis, collaborating with the CRO and leadership to guide go-to-market decisions.

You will work with AI and predictive modeling tools, build self-service analytics for Outside/Inside Sales and Marketing, and help forecast revenue while protecting data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data-related field.
• 2+ years in analytics or commercial ops with actionable insights.
• Experience applying AI-driven analytics or predictive models.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical findings.

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance reporting and pipeline analytics.
• Analyze marketing ROI and campaign attribution.
• Build self-service tools with AI to reduce manual reporting.
• Develop forecasting models and predictive analytics.
• Ensure data quality with CRM and transaction data.
• Translate findings into actionable leadership recommendations.
