Smith, a global leader in electronic component distribution, seeks a Sales Data Analyst to support our Tampa team by building AI-assisted workflows, optimizing data processes, and enhancing sales operations.

You will develop AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude), craft advanced Excel dashboards, clean and analyze sales data for forecasting, and collaborate with sales leaders to deliver actionable insights. A related bachelor's degree is required and CRM exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH.
• Experience using AI tools to automate tasks or build workflows.
• Comfort with new technologies and digital tools.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered workflows to improve sales team efficiency.
