Job summary

Team8 in Boston is seeking an operator for Revenue Operations to keep pace with rapid growth. You will own forecasting, pipeline visibility, CRM, reporting, and deal operations, working directly with the COO and GTM leadership to turn data into decisions.

You will design scalable GTM processes, maintain Salesforce data integrity, build executive dashboards, and drive adoption across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with reports, hygiene, and workflows.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics, revenue models, and GTM strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal English with clear executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, pipeline visibility, and sales reporting end-to-end.
• Build and improve scalable GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Own Salesforce data integrity, automations, and workflow efficiency.
• Create dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership and the board.
• Oversee quoting, pricing workflows, and contract coordination with legal and finance.
