Office Hours is an on-demand expert network headquartered in San Francisco with offices in Brooklyn and Bangalore. We are hiring a Business Operations Associate to work on the revenue engine, partnering with leadership and across teams to scale the business and drive insights.

You will report to the Business Operations Lead and tackle the company’s biggest problems, from building RevOps to automating routine work and guiding strategic pricing and renewals.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in management consulting, investment banking, or an analytically rigorous role at a high-growth company.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem solving mindset.
• Ability to present to leadership with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Build our RevOps function—define goals, track performance, run weekly reviews, CRM, and reporting used by teams.
• Build our first business analytics function to provide commercial insight for planning and strategy.
• Run the business AI-natively by automating rote work and redesigning the information ecosystem.
• Design incentives, pricing, and margins; collaborate with Finance on comp plans and pricing.
