Instawork is hiring a Business Operations Associate to automate comp processes and improve GTM operations using AI. You’ll partner with RevOps to convert spreadsheet-heavy steps into agents and workflows, with a focus on precision and scalable solutions.

The role spans data pull, reconciliation, target setting, and forecasting, offering ownership and opportunities to Ship real tooling that touches paychecks. Strong Excel/AI aptitude thrives in this fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years in analytical/operational roles (revenue, sales, finance, or similar)
• Willingness to learn SQL with AI help
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills and comfort with ambiguous data
• High attention to detail due to pay-related processes
• Clear, professional communication with sales, Finance and Legal

Responsibilities

• Turn manual, spreadsheet-heavy steps into automated agents and workflows using AI
• Support monthly/quarterly comp cycles: data pulling, reconciliation, documentation
• Assist with quarterly target setting: collect inputs and track approvals
• Maintain weekly/monthly forecast roll-ups and pipeline dashboards
• Help with annual comp planning and process improvements
