Workstream is seeking an AI-first Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing team in Lehi, Utah. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will own the lifecycle of revenue processes from lead handoff to retention, shaping GTM strategy and delivering data-driven insights.

This is an office-based role requiring presence up to 4 days a week to collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will build scalable processes, dashboards, and tools to empower GTM teams, with a focus on eliminating

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue/ Sales/ CS Operations.
• Experience with Quota/ Compensation planning and deal desk.
• Proficient with Salesforce or HubSpot and SQL/Python.
• Strong writing and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as project manager for cross-functional revenue initiatives.
• Identify bottlenecks in lead-to-cash to increase ARR.
• Standardize workflows across GTM teams.
• Build dashboards and ad-hoc analyses, aided by AI.
• Architect internal automation with Claude Code.
• Partner with Data team on data governance and a metric dictionary.
• Advise GTM leadership with data-driven insights.
