Job summary

Workstream in Lehi, Utah, is seeking an AI-first Revenue Operations Manager to join the finance team. You will own revenue processes end-to-end and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to build dashboards and automation that reduce revenue leakage.

This full-time, office-based role requires presence up to 4 days per week and reports to the Head of Finance. You will use Claude Code to create internal tooling and accelerate AI-enabled efficiency across GTM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or similar.
• Proven ability to work with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and write code (SQL/Python).
• Experience building dashboards and driving data governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as project manager for cross-functional revenue initiatives across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Identify bottlenecks in lead-to-cash to increase ARR and reduce revenue leakage.
• Standardize workflows across GTM teams to reduce overhead and ensure consistent expectations.
