Job summary

Commerce seeks an experienced Revenue Operations leader in Austin to translate go-to-market strategy into scalable processes, systems, and insights across Sales, Partner, and Customer Success. You will own pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and analytics, partnering with Sales, Finance, and Product to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.

The role requires 6+ years in sales or revenue operations and 3+ years of people leadership, with strong analytics and BI skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field in a SaaS/tech environment.
• 3+ years in people management, leading senior contributors or managers.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in financial modeling, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar).
• Experience leveraging AI tools to solve reporting needs and build agents for repetitive tasks.
• Deep understanding of the full revenue lifecycle, including pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, onboarding, retention, and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline management processes, hygiene, and stage-gate discipline across the sales cycle.
• Drive forecast accuracy through disciplined methodology and regular reviews with sales leadership.
• Lead territory/account planning with Sales and Finance to ensure alignment with growth targets.
• Define and own core KPIs and build executive dashboards for decision-making across Sales, Customer, and Revenue leadership.
• Surface risks and opportunities from data and communicate them proactively to leadership.
