Enlighten AI Labs seeks a Revenue Operations specialist to provide a reliable view of the sales pipeline and improve how the commercial, marketing, and solutions teams hand work off to each other.

You will own the CRM, define data standards, and drive cross-team processes. The role emphasizes hands-on AI fluency, data stewardship, and the ability to operationalize insights through repeatable workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue operations or related business area.
• Strong CRM and data judgment.
• Ability to translate business needs into process workflows.
• Hands-on AI fluency to orchestrate multiple agents.
• Data stewardship and change management.

Responsibilities

• Define pipeline stages, data fields, and ownership; document definitions and responsibilities.
• Maintain pipeline reporting and data quality; fix gaps at the source.
• Review pipeline to identify stalled opportunities and gaps in handoffs.
• Run multiple AI agents to reconcile records, flag exceptions, and draft process docs.
• Build lightweight apps/workflows with agents to improve routing and attribution.
