You will own analyses from framing business questions through data prep, validation, and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders, using AI tools to accelerate work while ensuring reproducibility.

You will analyze acquisition, retention, churn, segmentation, pricing, and campaign performance; build reusable data pipelines and recurring reports for executives, with clear communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer or marketing analytics.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Knowledge of causal inference, cohort analysis, and segmentation.
• Ability to present results to senior stakeholders and challenge assumptions.
• Commitment to reproducible, well-documented analyses.

Responsibilities

• Turn ambiguous business questions into focused analyses, deciding what to measure and what evidence would support a decision.
• Analyze customer acquisition, retention, churn, segmentation, pricing, and campaign performance.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and recurring reports for executive and field teams, using reusable methods that adapt to different audiences.
• Apply sound statistical and causal methods, check your findings, and explain the limits of what the data supports.
• Present clear recommendations that connect the analysis to business priorities and the next action.
• Use large language models and AI agents to accelerate the work while keeping the analysis reproducible, documented, and checked.
