Turn/River is seeking an AI Engineer to build AI and automation layers for revenue operations in a San Francisco hybrid setting. You will enable faster, more predictable workflows across sales, renewals, and retention using AI agents, LLM tools, and automation frameworks.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding, end-to-end system building, and collaboration with portfolio firm revenue teams to scale growth and optimize retention.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and ship autonomous AI agents for revenue workflows.

Identify high‑value automation opportunities across customer lifecycle.
Partner with portfolio revenue teams on AI-powered initiatives.
Develop AI-assisted reporting and forecasting for pipeline health.
