Built Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our AI-native RevOps team in Nashville.

You will own data-driven initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, translating CRM and billing data into actionable insights and driving efficiency. You'll help rethink workflows, automate repetitive tasks, surface insights, and improve forecast reliability while collaborating across revenue stages from pipeline through renewal.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in Revenue Operations or related analytic role in SaaS/fintech.
• Experience across the customer lifecycle from pipeline to renewal.
• Ability to translate CRM data into actionable insights and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly pipeline reviews in Salesforce and identify gaps affecting forecasting.
• Coordinate handoffs across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success.
• Review closed-won deals for approvals, terms, pricing, and revenue implications.
• Compare billing inputs and reports to identify revenue discrepancies and resolve them.
• Review dashboards and reports; validate inputs and test AI-driven insights.
• Maintain forecast inputs and improve forecast reliability with stakeholders.
• Document recurring processes and reduce operational friction.
• Provide historical analysis for territory, quota, and revenue planning.
• Leverage automation and approved AI tools to streamline validation.
