Job summary

Athena is seeking a Revenue Operations & AI Systems Lead to drive RevOps for the Sales organization, reporting to the VP, Sales. This player-coach role leads RevOps and Sales Ops specialists while hands-on designing and building the revenue stack—CRM, billing, lead routing, enrichment, and checkout automation.

You will also shape how AI powers selling, onboarding, billing, and expansion in a nine-figure ARR environment, delivering rapid value to the sales team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, sales ops, or growth ops.
• Experience owning CRM and integrations in a high-velocity B2B sales environment.
• Ability to explain technical decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a RevOps and Sales Ops team with clear ownership and growth paths.
• Own the revenue stack end-to-end: CRM, billing integrations, lead routing, enrichment, and checkout flow.
• Build the AI layer of revenue motion: lead-fit screening, agentic workflows, AI-assisted operations.
• Collaborate across Finance, Legal, InfoSec, Tech, Growth, and Operations to ensure end-to-end deals.”],
