Job summary

Athena US Corp is seeking a Revenue Operations & AI Systems Lead to run Revenue Operations for our Sales organization. This player-coach role leads RevOps and Sales Ops, designing and building the revenue stack end-to-end, including CRM, billing/payments, and checkout automation.

You will also own how AI is applied across selling, onboarding, billing, and expansion. You will lead a team, manage cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, Tech, Growth, and Operations, and drive data

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, sales or marketing systems, or growth operations.
• People leadership, formal or earned.
• Experience owning a CRM and its integrations in a high-velocity B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of RevOps and Sales Ops specialists.
• Own the revenue stack end-to-end, including CRM, billing/payments, and checkout experience.
• Build the AI layer of the revenue motion and manage AI backlog.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Tech, Growth and Operations to align tooling and processes.
