Job summary

Athena is seeking a Revenue Operations & AI Systems Lead to run Revenue Operations for our Sales organization, reporting to the VP of Sales. This player-coach role leads RevOps and Sales Ops, hands-on with the revenue tech stack and AI-enabled processes to accelerate growth.

You will own the CRM, billing integrations, lead routing, enrichment, and checkout automation, while deploying AI to improve selling, onboarding, billing, and expansions.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on CRM administration and architecture.
• Experience with HubSpot and billing/payments integrations.
• Proven ability to build with LLMs, agents, and workflow automation.
• Strong written communication and ability to explain technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach RevOps and Sales Ops specialists.
• Set a weekly operating cadence with clear ownership and growth paths.
• Own the revenue stack end-to-end, including CRM, billing, and checkout.
