Job summary

Bookboost is seeking a Partnerships Manager to grow and monetize our ecosystem of hotel tech partners, distributors and consultants. You will shape revenue through strategic alliances, enablement, and joint go-to-market activities with our Marketing team.

You will build frameworks and agreements, negotiate terms, and drive partner-sourced revenue while collaborating closely with product, sales and engineering teams. This role is EU-based with right-to-work and remote-friendly options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partnerships, business development or channel management in SaaS or hospitality tech.
• Proven pipeline and closed revenue from partnerships.
• Confident structuring commercial terms.
• Ability to design partnerships frameworks and agreements.
• Experience or ability to work with Claude / AI workflows.
• Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations and guest data architecture.
• Fluent English; second European language a plus.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across product, marketing and sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monetize an ecosystem of partners (hotel tech, PMS, distribution, consultants, resellers).
• Turn partnerships into revenue against annual targets and balanced pipeline.
• Onboard, certify and continuously enable partners.
• Lead co-marketing and enablement with Marketing to drive joint GTM.
• Negotiate and structure mutual-value agreements and terms.
• Analyze portfolio performance and optimize the partner mix.
