Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager to lead the systems that power our fast-growing recruiting function. You will own the Ashby-based tech stack, integrations, and automation, ensuring data-informed hiring from requisition to Day 1.

Partner with Analytics to translate insights into scalable improvements and collaborate with Finance, IT, and People Ops. The role emphasizes process design, data integrity, and a high-impact, global recruiting operation at a rapidly expanding AI

Qualifications

5–8+ years in recruiting operations or HR technology.
Hands-on expertise with modern ATS platforms (Ashby preferred) including configuration and reporting.
Experience implementing automation and AI/ML tooling to improve operations.

Responsibilities

Own admin, configuration, and optimization of the recruiting tech stack across global teams.
Design processes to reduce recruiter friction and accelerate hiring velocity.
Define requirements with Analytics and translate data into actionable hiring insights.
Manage workflows, PID/requisition handling, and recruiter/hiring manager tickets.
Identify and deploy AI-powered solutions to automate tasks and improve candidate experience.
Collaborate with Finance, People, and IT to ensure cross-functional alignment.
