Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Recruiting Solutions Engineer to partner with the Recruiting team, education, and engineering to enable AI-powered hiring workflows. You will codify recruiter-built skills, design evaluation methods, and create technical resources for scalable adoption.

You’ll work with Recruiting leadership, People Products, and Data Solutions to pilot fast, validate with real usage, and hand off production-ready pilots into the stack; strong teaching and coding skills are essential.

Qualifications

Experience as a Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in a technical enablement role.
Production experience building LLM-powered applications and workflows, including prompting, context engineering, agent architectures, and evaluation.
Strong programming skills (Python, TypeScript) and a pragmatic approach to internal tooling.
Genuine enthusiasm for teaching audiences without engineering backgrounds.

Responsibilities

Serve as the dedicated technical advisor to the Recruiting organization — embedded with recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators to expand what’s possible with Claude in real hiring workflows.
Lead with education: codify the skills and workarounds recruiters have created, turn them into teachable assets, and run scalable enablement sessions.
Work hands-on with recruiters: pairing on prompts, skills, and agent workflows; debugging where things break; turning support patterns into documentation.
Develop fast prototypes and pilots for high-value workflows that education alone can’t solve, validated with real recruiter usage.
