Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Have a great attitude and are willing to get your hands dirty.
• Have relevant work experience, preferable from other tech companies.
• Are hyper-organized.
• Have the ability to work well in an unstructured environment by creating systems.

Responsibilities

• Define talent and operational strategies and systems.
• Lead relevant section of team meetings.
• Oversee & customize relevant AI applications.
• Manage full cycle recruiting process including sourcing, resumes, calls, interviews, feedback, and communications.
• Develop direct relationships with team members, providing operational and morale leadership.
• Onboard and offboard employees, ensuring culture integration.
