Job summary

Skill in Atlanta is seeking a CO Leader who runs the business with an owner's mindset, focusing on profitable growth, leading a team of Recruiters, and leveraging our proprietary AI-enabled technology to deliver value to clients.

You will also develop Client Partners to build deep, peer-level relationships with senior leaders at the world's largest lifestyle brands, while driving cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, and Product.

Qualifications

• Experience leading recruiters and teams to drive measurable impact.
• Ability to coach, provide feedback, and grow talent.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Data-driven decision making and P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of recruiters to be tech-forward and use our proprietary AI-enabled platform to achieve 10x the impact of traditional recruiting.
• Challenge the team to experiment, encourage creativity and sharing ideas to iteratively make things better.
• Use and share data with the team to measure progress, identify opportunities to improve recruiting, and share feedback with Product and Engineering.
• Own the P&L with a clear focus on profitable growth and long-term client value.
