Aquent is seeking a CO Leader to guide a high-performing Recruiters team using our AI-enabled platform to deliver value for clients. You will build Client Partners to establish peer-level relationships with senior leaders at the world’s largest lifestyle brands.

You will own the P&L, drive profitable growth, and foster a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement across recruiting and client engagement. This role emphasizes leadership, strategic growth, and data-informed decision making.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people-Management experience required.
• Ability to coach and develop recruiters and client-facing professionals.

Responsibilities
