You will own the P&L, drive profitable growth, coach teams, and cultivate strategic client partnerships with senior leaders across client organizations. This role requires an owner’s mindset, data-driven decisions, and a passion for innovation in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading high-performing teams in recruiting, sales, or account management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach recruiters to be tech-forward, leveraging AI-enabled platform.
• Develop Client Partners to build peer-level relationships with senior leaders at client organizations.
• Own the P&L, driving profitable growth and disciplined financial management.
• Expand existing relationships and win new business through strategic client engagement.
