You will drive sourcing, employer branding, and AI-enabled practices, partnering with People & Culture to develop internal mobility and upskilling initiatives that elevate our talent strategy.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or workforce planning.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing capabilities.
• Experience with ATS, CRMs, and recruiting analytics.
• Ability to translate business needs into talent strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across corporate, distribution, and leadership roles.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines using CRM technology.
• Strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Optimize recruiting workflows, reporting, and candidate experience.
• Identify opportunities to safely incorporate AI into talent processes.
