ResiHome is seeking a Digital Growth Manager in Atlanta to own the full digital footprint—from SEO to social and content, using AI-enabled tools to accelerate results. You’ll manage campaigns for a national portfolio, shape brand standards, and partner with leadership to translate data into action.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing, data analysis, and SFR/BTR experience.
• Proven SEO, social, and site performance impact and conversions.
• Comfort with AI-enabled platforms, mobile apps, connected devices.
• Strong self-direction to manage Requests, Designs, and Branding Ops pipelines.
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and lead-conversion skills with an energetic demeanor.
• Ownership mindset: hunter who turns problems into solutions.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business/Marketing/Real Estate preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for property visits.
• Working understanding of landlord/tenant laws and Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Own graphic design, email design, and virtual flipbooks end to end — concept, build, ship.
• Maintain a genuine eye for detail; nothing leaves with our name unless you would sign it.
• Build and enforce social media standards, guidelines, and tools so markets speak with one voice.
• Develop campaigns for organization-level and community launches, lease-ups, events.
• Use AI to move faster and reach further — content generation, optimization, iteration.
