Job summary

Mondrio is hiring senior engineers to advance our agentic pricing platform. You will own full modules from scoping to UI, drive API design, and ship frontend components with a focus on server-side pricing logic.

You will lead technical discussions, set engineering best practices, and ensure robust, scalable AI-driven features across Slack, TUIs, Web, and third-party integrations. This is a hands-on, impact-first role in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of engineering experience in product startups.
• Shipped and owned entire product areas across the product stack.
• Experience building AI-driven pricing or monetization software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve architecture for agentic AI systems across surfaces (Slack bots, TUIs, Web, integrations).
• Own design and delivery of the full product suite from scope to API to UI.
• Lead technical discussions and architectural reviews for robust, extensible, secure systems.
• Build backend-heavy product areas like pricing simulation tooling and AI persona modeling.
• Move pricing logic server-side and ensure the frontend remains lightweight.
