Job summary

Mondrio is seeking a Pricing Architect to own pricing engagements end-to-end for North American and European markets from our Amsterdam hub. You will design segmentation, packaging, price metrics, and monetization logic, and stay involved after go-live to optimize as clients scale.

You’ll work with a AI-driven pricing engine, collaborate with product and engineering, mentor others, and help capture learnings to improve the model.

Qualifications

• 5‑7+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management in tech or SaaS.
• Deep pricing and commercial value‑creation expertise: segmentation, packaging, price metrics, discounting.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing engagements end-to-end from discovery to price model live.
• Design segmentation, packaging, price metrics, and monetization logic for each client.
• Drive continuous pricing optimization after go‑live as clients scale.
• Be trusted pricing advisor for stakeholders from operators to executives.
• Partner with product and engineering to sharpen the pricing engine.
