Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years in business or commercial operations, strategy, or related fields.
• Experience leading multi-year strategy and planning and translating strategy into priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and KPI trend analysis.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or low-code/AI-enabled tooling is a plus.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication and presence.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning & execution: scope initiatives and manage planning processes with AI-enabled tools.
• Performance & data analysis: analyze channel performance, market trends, and metrics to inform decisions.
• Executive communication: distill analysis into clear recommendations and executive-ready narratives.
• Cross-functional initiatives: manage programs with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Product for alignment.
