Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Principal on the Services Portfolio Strategy & Growth team to shape cross-portfolio strategy, growth, and how services win together.

You will lead as a senior contributor working with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Finance to accelerate growth across TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp. The role focuses on building the 3-year view, turning strategy into action, and delivering data-backed narratives to Services and Intuit leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy consulting or strategy & business operations in high-growth environments.
• Top-tier strategy consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Fintech, payments, and financial services expertise helpful but not required; you'll come up the curve quickly.
• Ability to take an ambiguous, multi-business question and turn it into a clear set of choices.
• Deep analytical fluency; comfortable building models and presenting numbers to executives.
• Execution mindset with ownership; able to move from strategy to action to results.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Strong executive communication and ability to simplify complexity at scale.

Responsibilities

• Shape the 3-year growth strategy for the Services portfolio and identify growth horizons.
• Develop frameworks to clarify tradeoffs for senior leadership.
• Identify and champion 'better together' plays across services (attach, bundling, cross-sell).
• Lead priority cross-portfolio initiatives from problem definition through results.
