Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Platform Architect for SecOps and IRM within the AMS - North America and Canada region. You will lead the technical foundation of the ServiceNow Platform, guiding customers, partners, and teams to architecture designed for long-term success.

You will work with executive, platform owners and enterprise architects across engagements to ensure governance, data strategy and health of the platform; travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive experience in a professional services org or equivalent.
• Must be certified and experienced in SecOps, IRM, or both.
• 3+ years end-to-end architecture across SecOps/IRM modules; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers, partners and teams to deliver technical architectures.
• Design solutions around instance strategy, governance, data and integrations.
• Maintain platform health and drive adoption of leading practices.
• Support sales by scoping, estimating engagements and change orders.
