• Must be certified and experienced in SecOps, IRM, or both
• Must have 3+ years of end-to-end architecture experience across SecOps/IRM modules

Responsibilities

• Be a technical expert across multiple engagements guiding customers, partners, and internal teams
• Translate goals into customer roadmaps and architectural blueprints
• Guide the engagement team on solutions with long-term success
• Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the standard platform
• Maintain skills and certifications; mentor others; contribute leading practices
