Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Principal Platform Architect with SecOps and IRM experience to lead technical engagements and design scalable solutions on the ServiceNow Platform. You will guide customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring adherence to leading practices and long‑term platform health.

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision‑making, or problem‑solving.
• 15+ years progressive experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience
• CTA, CMA is a plus
• Must be certified and experienced in SecOps, IRM, or both
• Must have 3+ years of end‑to‑end architecture experience across SecOps and/or IRM modules
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Creativity with comfort running programs independently withincomplexenvironment
• Experience driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
• Ability to relay complex information to diverse set of audiences, both technical and non‑technical
• Industry domain expertise in TMT (Telecommunications, Media, and Technology) and SI (System Integrators) desirable
• Large program experience leading architecture and design
• Enterprise architecture experience
• Cloud application technology experience
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture Framework like TOGAF, IT4IT, etc.

• Contribute leading practices for the ServiceNow platform.
• Maintain skills and certifications
• Mentor others to support development.
• Be a recognized industry expert contributing best practices.
• Participate in complex engagements across multiple workflows.
• Collaborate on global rollout plans to expand the platform.
• Involve in presales and promote the architect role.
