Job summary

Intuit’s PM&D Learning Enablement Lead will design and deliver world-class learning experiences, translating performance management and development processes into practical enablement resources. You will build a comprehensive library of guides, toolkits, scenarios, videos, and FAQs that change how managers and employees engage with talent cycles.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Learning & Development or HR Program Management with enterprise-scale delivery.
• Experience in instructional design using adult learning theory and blended learning.
• 2+ years content creation and change management with learning assets portfolio.
• Translate talent philosophy into learning experiences to build capability.
• Strong data literacy and analytics to narrate program impact.
• Proficiency with AI tools and related learning design implications.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Translate PM&D processes into learning experiences that change behavior across cycles.
• Design live, virtual, and asynchronous learning for managers and employees.
• Develop a library of enablement resources: guides, playbooks, toolkits, e-learning, videos, FAQs.
• Integrate PM&D learning into Intuit’s broader L&D ecosystem and onboarding.
• Define success metrics and measure program effectiveness with data-driven insights.
• Lead enablement workstreams across PM&D, Rewards, Diversity & Inclusion, L&D, Communications.
