Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Learning & Development or HR program management.
• Experience in instructional design and applying adult learning theory.
• Portfolio of learning assets (e-learning, guides, toolkits).
• Ability to translate talent philosophy into learning experiences.
• Strong data literacy and ability to narrate insights to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning design and instructional excellence for PM&D enablement.
• Design live, virtual, and asynchronous learning for all stages of the performance cycle.
• Apply adult learning principles and cognitive load management.
• Develop a comprehensive PM&D content library and ensure accessibility.
• Partner with L&D, HRBPs, Communications, and Product/Tech to embed capability-building.
• Define learning metrics and measure program impact.
• Lead change management for PM&D updates and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Create and facilitate live enablement sessions for managers and HR partners.
