Job summary

Intuit seeks an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and deliver PM&D enablement. You will translate talent cycles into practical learning experiences for managers and employees, using AI-enabled coaching and evidence-based methods.

You will build a comprehensive content library, integrate programs with onboarding, and measure impact with data to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or HR Program Management.
• Experience in instructional design with adult learning theory, cognitive load management, blended learning design, and behavior change.
• 2+ years of hands-on content creation and change management experience with assets you’ve designed.
• Translate high-level talent philosophy into learning experiences that build capabilities.
• Strong data literacy and ability to build executive-ready narratives from data.
• High proficiency with AI tools and understanding of AI in learning design.
• Outstanding communication and influence skills for HRBPs, managers, and contributors.
• Strong facilitation capabilities anchored in learning design principles.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and manage priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships in fast-paced, global environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Instructional Design, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate performance management and development processes into learning experiences that change behavior.
• Design and deliver dynamic, blended learning experiences for managers and staff across the performance cycle.
• Apply adult learning principles and cognitive load theory to usable learning.
• Build a library of enablement resources: guides, playbooks, toolkits, job aids, e-learning, video, FAQs.
• Integrate PM&D learning into Intuit’s broader L&D ecosystem and onboarding programs.
• Define learning success metrics and measure program impact with data.
