Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Learning & Development or HR program delivery.
• Experience in instructional design and behavior change.
• 2+ years content creation with e-learning assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning design for PM&D enablement across cycles and platforms.
• Design live, virtual, and asynchronous learning experiences for managers and staff.
• Apply adult learning theory and cognitive load principles to enable practical skills.
• Develop a comprehensive PM&D content library including guides and toolkits.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed learning into onboarding and leadership curricula.
• Define success metrics and measure program impact with data.
