Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Learning & Development professional to lead the full instructional design lifecycle for PM&D enablement. You will craft engaging experiences across goals, check-ins, talent reviews, and compensation cycles, applying evidence-based learning and AI-driven enhancements.

You will also own PM&D content, enablement strategies, and change-management collaborations with HRBPs, managers, and product teams to drive adoption and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience translating talent philosophy into scalable learning experiences.
• Experience with blended learning design and behavior-change approaches.
• Portfolio of learning assets (e‑learning, guides, toolkits) designed and delivered.

Responsibilities

• Translate PM&D processes into learning experiences that change behavior.
• Design and deliver learning experiences (live, virtual, async) for managers and employees across performance cycles.
• Apply adult learning principles and cognitive load theory to create accessible learning.
• Build and maintain PM&D content library and enable self-service resources.
• Partner on change management strategy and communications for PM&D updates and AI innovations.
• Design enablement strategies for major performance cycles and provide real-time guidance.
• Lead cross-functional enablement workstreams and manage project communications.
