Job summary

Intuit is seeking a seasoned Learning & Development professional to design and deliver learning experiences for PM&D programs across managers and employees. You will translate performance processes into actionable learning, applying adult learning theory and cognitive load principles to live, virtual, and asynchronous formats.

You will build a comprehensive PM&D content library, integrate enablement into onboarding, and measure program impact with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design — including adult learning theory, cognitive load management, blended learning design, and evidence-based approaches to behavior change.
• 2+ years of hands-on content creation and change management experience, with portfolio of learning assets.
• Proven ability to translate talent philosophy and performance strategy into learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate performance management and development processes into learning experiences that change behavior.
• Design and deliver dynamic learning experiences — live, virtual, and asynchronous — for managers and employees at all stages of the performance cycle.
• Apply adult learning principles and behavioral science to create learning applicable in the flow of work.
• Develop a library of PM&D resources — guides, playbooks, toolkits, job aids, and modules — accessible and inclusive.
• Partner with L&D to embed PM&D capability-building into onboarding and leadership curricula.
