Job summary

Intuit seeks an experienced Learning & Development and Enablement Lead to shape how managers and employees understand and succeed in PM&D cycles. You will design learning experiences, build scalable content, and partner across Product, Tech, and HR to drive adoption and measurable impact.

You will own content strategy, enablement resources, and change management for AI-enabled performance and talent processes, ensuring accessible, inclusive learning at scale.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or HR Program Management with a track record of scaling programs
• Experience in instructional design using adult learning theory and blended learning
• 2+ years of hands-on content creation and change management with portfolios of learning assets
• Ability to translate talent philosophy and performance strategy into learning experiences
• Strong data literacy and ability to tell executive-ready stories from analytics
• Proficiency with AI tools and understanding of AI in learning design
• Outstanding communication and facilitation skills anchored in learning design principles

Responsibilities

• Lead enablement workstreams across PM&D and related functions in a matrixed environment.
• Design and deliver live, virtual, and asynchronous learning experiences for all performance cycles.
• Develop and maintain a library of enablement resources (guides, toolkits, FAQs, e-learning).
• Embed PM&D learning into onboarding, manager development, and leadership curricula.
• Define success metrics and measure program impact with data-driven insights.
• Partner with Product, Tech, HRBPs, and Communications on change management and adoption.
