Job summary

Intuit’s PM&D system powers a high-performance culture by embedding learning into performance cycles. As the Learning & Enablement Lead, you will translate performance processes into engaging learning experiences that shape behaviors and capabilities across cycles.

You will design live, virtual, and asynchronous programs, build a scalable content library, and partner with product, tech, and HRBPs to embed AI-enabled coaching and insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Learning & Development or HR Program Management.
• Experience in instructional design and adult learning theory.
• 2+ years of content creation and change management with assets.
• Ability to translate talent philosophy into learning experiences.
• Strong data literacy and analytics to build executive-ready narratives.
• Proficiency with AI in learning design and adoption strategies.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity in fast-paced, global environments.
• Cross-functional collaboration with HRBPs, product and tech teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate performance management processes into learning experiences that change behavior.
• Design live, virtual, and asynchronous learning for managers and employees across cycles.
• Apply adult learning principles and cognitive load theory to create practical learning.
• Develop a comprehensive content library: guides, playbooks, toolkits, job aids, modules.
• Integrate PM&D learning into onboarding and leadership development programs.
• Define metrics and measure impact of enablement initiatives.
