Intuit is seeking a Learning Enablement Lead for PM&D, shaping how managers and employees engage with performance cycles. You will craft world-class learning experiences, build a scalable content library, and partner with AI-enabled innovations to drive measurable impact across onboarding and leadership development.

The role emphasizes instructional design, change management, and collaboration with HR, product, and tech partners to embed capability-building into the talent lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Learning & Development or HR program management.
• Experience in instructional design and behavior change.
• 2+ years content creation and change management with a portfolio.
• Translate high-level talent philosophy into learning experiences.
• Strong data literacy and analytics storytelling.
• Proficiency with AI tools in learning design.
• Excellent communication and influence with HRBPs and managers.

Responsibilities

• Translate PM&D processes into engaging learning experiences.
• Design live, virtual, and asynchronous programs for managers and employees.
• Apply adult learning theory and cognitive load principles.
• Build a library of enablement resources: guides, playbooks, toolkits, FAQs.
• Integrate PM&D learning into onboarding and leadership curricula.
• Define metrics and measure program impact with data.
• Lead enablement workstreams across PM&D, Rewards, Inclusion, and HR partners.
• Provide live sessions and on-demand resources during cycles.
