Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, organizational effectiveness, HR, project management, or related field.
• Typically 5–7+ years in People Operations, HR program management, HR tech, analytics, or related area.
• Experience documenting, redesigning, and implementing end-to-end workflows in complex organizations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with structured problem-solving and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience defining success metrics and using data to assess results.
• Strong documentation skills for governance frameworks, playbooks, SOPs, and procedures.
• Background in consulting, continuous improvement, service design, or change management is valuable.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and establishing structure where processes are undefined.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an inventory of People Team processes, owners, handoffs, and KPIs.
• Lead current-state assessments, workflow mapping, and root-cause analyses.
• Prioritize initiatives by impact, risk, and readiness.
• Design future-state processes with defined roles, handoffs, controls, and success metrics.
• Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, or enable self-service for People processes including AI tools.
• Partner with owners to validate solutions and plan adoption across teams.
• Lead cross-functional programs from planning to implementation and tracking.
• Establish a streamlined program management framework with roadmaps and reporting.
• Coordinate initiatives across HR ops, HR tech, analytics, and business partners.
• Support HRIS replacements and service-model improvements; enable operational readiness.
• Guide pilots and trainings, collect feedback, and handover to owners.
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and knowledge resources; maintain governance.
