Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Engineering Operations Manager in the United States to lead end-to-end Product Development Process evolution in a remote-first environment. You will design and maintain automated workflows, align product strategy with engineering execution, and drive AI-enabled orchestration across teams.

You will own process design, implement agentic workflows, and partner with Product, Engineering, and leadership to deliver measurable improvements, shaping an AI-first software

Qualifications

• Experience combining product thinking, process design, and technical implementation.
• Hands-on engineering experience including coding, CI/CD, APIs, and integrations.
• Proven ability to design and own processes in large software orgs.
• Experience building AI agents or agentic workflows in real environments.
• Strong understanding of product workflows and engineering execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve end-to-end Product Development Process across tracks.
• Align PDP with product strategy, initiatives, and engineering epics.
• Establish consistent working practices across product divisions.
• Build and operate process automation using Camunda 8.
• Design agentic workflows using the organization's orchestration platform.
• Share actionable feedback with product teams to improve solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve engineering operations.
• Balance hands-on execution with strategic process ownership.
