Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation or continuous improvement initiatives in business processes, systems, and operations.
• Domain knowledge of HR, payroll, or people-operations processes.
• Experience designing HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hire, movement, leaves, payroll events, offboarding).
• Experience operating in an XFN environment and driving transformational change.

Responsibilities

• Own development, organization, and execution of large, complex programs end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Define program roadmap and scoping, communicate goals and roles clearly.
• Deliver tooling that reduces manual effort in people operations workflows.
• Partner with Engineering to shape system design and technical direction.
• Drive AI-enabled operational improvements and automation opportunities.
