As our People Operations Partner, you will own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, collaborate on AI-powered People Ops solutions, and ensure data integrity across HRIS systems.

You will drive compliance operations and ongoing process improvements across multi-jurisdiction teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in HR Operations, People Operations, or a similar operational generalist role.
• Demonstrated track record of building solutions to automate processes.
• Comfortable with automation or AI tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Power Automate, ChatGPT, Claude).

Responsibilities

• Own employee lifecycle operations across onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, contracts, and leaves.
• Co-create AI-powered tools with the People and Systems Analyst.
• Support compliance training, policy communications, and SOPs with AI tooling.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and quality of records.
• Identify and surface process improvements with quantified impact.
