Job summary

LigaData, Inc. is seeking a Sr. People Operations Specialist to optimize core People Operations across the employee lifecycle. You will drive performance management, HRIS administration, recruitment support, onboarding/offboarding, internship programs, and AI-enabled process improvements.

You will partner with managers and employees to deliver an exceptional experience, build scalable processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement with a focus on AI tools and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in People Operations or HR roles with HRIS experience.
• Experience supporting performance management and lifecycle processes.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize performance review cycles and goal setting.
• Manage HRIS data integrity and generate dashboards for decision-making.
• Support recruitment activities and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Coordinate internship programs and manage program administration.
• Lead AI transformation initiatives and promote automation across People Ops.
