• 15+ years in HR and People leadership in professional services.
• Experience building HR services offerings for small to growth-stage companies.
• Strong executive presence and ability to guide senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic People Partner to CEO and practice leaders on everything people.
• Build and manage the internal People Services practice with P&L and go-to-market.
• Oversee recruiting, HR, and compliance leads and standardize processes across the firm.
• Drive AI-enabled transformation and change management within client engagements.
