Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking an AI-forward operator to lead how our People Operations function runs, applying AI and predictive insight to anticipate organizational needs and deliver scalable, human-centered solutions.

You’ll oversee service delivery and partner across IT, Payroll, HR M&A, and HR Business Partners to modernize workflows. You’ll build and scale AI-powered service delivery, embed AI and automation where it improves speed and accuracy, while preserving human judgment and

Qualifications

7+ years in People Operations, HR program management, operations strategy, or related fields.
Demonstrated track record of using AI and automation to redesign workflows at scale.
Strong program management fundamentals and ability to drive delivery through ambiguity.
Experience partnering with HR tech teams on requirements, testing, data quality, and change adoption.

Responsibilities

Lead design, execution, and improvement of AI-powered HR service delivery.
Partner with IT, Payroll, HR M&A, and HR Business Partners to modernize how we work.
Translate complex needs into process maps, requirements, and launch plans for automated or human-supported work.
Develop a team and model data-driven decision making with AI as a daily tool.
Tie process and automation investments to efficiency gains, cost reduction, and employee experience improvements.
