ThoughtSpot is seeking a Partner Sales Manager in Mountain View, CA to lead partnerships and drive revenue. You will manage a network of partners, engage with enterprise customers, and shape joint GTM programs using AI-driven insights.

The role emphasizes selling through partners and expanding business with existing customers. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in strategic partnerships within data/analytics, and can engage CXO-level executives.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience managing Strategic Partnerships and Technology Alliances
• Strong understanding of technology partnerships to drive partner-led sales with AI-augmented insights
• Proven success in scaling organizations and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to contextualize the value of partnerships to executives and incentivize sales teams with data-driven AI strategies
• Experience cross-functional collaboration across large organizations (marketing, product, account teams)
• Familiar with enterprise decision-making processes and AI-enabled prioritization
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and presenting complex concepts clearly
• Excellent written and verbal communication, incorporating AI insights into compelling narratives
