Job summary

ThoughtSpot is seeking a Sr. Partner Solution Engineer to act as the primary expert for our analytics platform in partnerships and with sales teams. The role blends solutions architecture, sales, and product management with a focus on enabling partners and customers.

You will drive revenue through strategic partnerships, lead relationships with cloud platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, and major cloud providers, and shape joint solutions with GTM and PMM teams. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a comparable field preferred.
• 7+ years of technical sales or solution architect experience.
• 5+ years hands-on data platform implementations in cloud environments.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL and Python.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and similar.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake).

Responsibilities

• Drive ThoughtSpot's revenue through product strategy, enablement, and partner support.
• Build and lead technical relationships with cloud partners on product and field engineering fronts.
• Create and evangelize tools and accelerators with partners to incorporate ThoughtSpot into solutions.
• Develop domain expertise and thought leadership on ecosystem technology trends.
• Build business cases and communicate partner needs to product management and engineering.
• Collaborate on joint product messaging and competitive intelligence.
• Work with SIs to incorporate latest releases into solution development and training.
• Provide leadership and enablement to SE, CS, and PS teams on partner capabilities.
• Survey the data ecosystem for new technical partnership opportunities and threats.
