Job summary

ThoughtSpot, a leader in AI-powered analytics, seeks a Sr. Partner Solution Engineer in a remote role. You will fuse solutions architecture, sales, and product management to empower partners and drive GTM success.

Expect collaboration with cloud partners, SIs, and the broader partner ecosystem to shape demonstrations, architectures, and co-innovation. You will evangelize ThoughtSpot’s capabilities, develop joint strategies, and lead technical enablement across pre- and post-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a comparable field preferred.
• 7+ years of technical sales or solution architect experience.
• 5+ years hands-on data platform implementations in cloud environments.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL and Python.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Deep understanding of data warehousing, modeling and analytics concepts.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Independence in a fast-changing environment.
• Curiosity and self-motivation with interest in sales and technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive ThoughtSpot's revenue through product strategy, technical enablement, and partner support.
• Build and lead technical relationships with cloud partners on product and field engineering fronts.
• Create and evangelize tools and accelerators with partners to integrate ThoughtSpot into architectures.
• Develop domain expertise and thought leadership on ecosystem technology trends.
• Communicate partner needs and product feedback to product management and engineering.
• Collaborate on joint product messaging, competitive intelligence, and objection handling.
• Work with systems integrators to incorporate latest releases into solution development and training.
• Provide leadership and enablement to ThoughtSpot's SE, CS, and PS teams on partner capabilities.
• Survey the data ecosystem for new partnership opportunities.
